Shipping and refund policy
Any Customer may request the exchange of his product within 14 days from the date of the order.
Returns of orders shipped are the responsibility of the Customer. Therefore, Marber Beauty is not responsible in case of loss, delay, damage or destruction of the product during the shipment.
If any case of the below occurs, Marber Beauty will not proceed with the refund nor exchange of the product.
- The products which have been ordered during sale promotions cannot be returned.
- The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact and unopened.
To request a return, the Customer must send an email to Marberbeauty on info@marberbeauty.com, with the details below:
- Name and surname
- Order reference and date
- Article to be returned
After checking the returned product and if it fits the above criteria, Marber Beauty will send the customer a voucher with the value of the product within a maximum of 7 days.
The voucher will be valid for a period of 1 month.
Defective Products:
- The legal warranty for defective products applies.
